Civic Eye is an AI-powered, mobile-first civic engagement platform designed to bridge the gap between citizens and municipal authorities. Built around the idea “See It. Snap It. Solve It.”, the platform enables citizens to quickly report real-world civic problems such as road damage, garbage overflow, electricity faults, water issues, and public safety concerns.
Users can simply capture a photo of an issue, and Civic Eye uses Computer Vision and AI to automatically identify and categorize the problem. GPS coordinates are attached to each report, while intelligent routing directs it to the appropriate municipal department. Citizens can then track the progress of their reports through real-time status updates.
The platform also includes an SOS Emergency Alert System, providing quick access to Police, Fire Brigade, and Ambulance services with location information. A dedicated municipal dashboard allows authorities to manage reports, update their status, and analyze recurring civic issues.
